Beast of the Sea Empty Beast of the Sea

This deck may work. This deck may not. My inspiration of this deck came from domswagniel's Fey-rate deck in which he relies on stall to summon and keep the Treasure Kraken. I wanted to include some beasts into a deck because of its influence on the 1st edition of my Stables deck. I also loved the rush aspect of a traditional Canarothian deck. I combined all of these together to create this; Encampment for the stall, signature Canarothian rush cards, and signature Deathsail cards. I rely heavily on drawing cards and keeping map control with a neverending assault. I supplement my heavy usage of honor with 3 Fjors. I rush with Canarothian and Deathsail cards. I stall somewhat with defense given from Encampment. My strategy of winning is to keep control of the board.

Draft A(old):

Draft B(Active):

Keep in mind this IS still a dual structure deck which ruins your idea of having board control because you basically cant play any units turns 1-5

My suggestion would be to take out the encampment engine, but not encampment so that way you can keep the honor gain from encampment to resume board control. I would suggest putting in another blood wrought rhino as well as other staple canarothian/norian cards to maintain the rush you were looking for

Another suggestion that is less specific, since i have played yugioh and am somewhat experienced with card games, this is somewhat unnoticable but it helps ALOT. Since you are running almost everything at 2 copies rather than 3, I would take out some of the weaker cards that you are running 2 of and max out on the stronger/more important cards to VASTLY improve deck consistency.

Other than those i think this deck is good and has some potential

EDIT: you also say your inspiration would be my fey pirates deck but it seems to much more closely resemble my encampirate deck, im not sure if this is what you were intending or if you want to change the engine at all to do that but i felt that it was worth noting

(I dont mind if it resembles either because we are on the new engine and i would be using your guys' decks for reference as well, plus you mentioned me in the beginning so dont feel bad or anything i just felt that i should note this in case you wanted to make tweaks to base the engine more around trasure kracken control).

Some suggestions for you:

-As Dom suggested, you should remove the Encampment system from your decks and consider more strong early cards to replace it. Maxing out on Gorillas is a good idea, because they offer huge stats early on and only cost four Honor. The effect isn't much of a problem, because by the time they kill it, you will have killed several enemy units and have gained that early game traction you need.

-Remove all Encampment requiring cards (except maybe Korkar). A dual structure system does not work well, and it makes the deck highly inconsistent. One thing you could consider however is the War Pike Korkar combo. You War Pike to instantly pull Korkar from the deck. The problem with this is that if you draw Korkar, the combo is ruined and you will have a wasted card in hand until you draw or Architect out an Encampment. Even then, it is still a solid card to use.

-Blade Wall is the definition of early stall. With huge counter and considerable attack, it serves as something of a (Blade) wall that your enemy cannot get through.

-Max out on Architects. You NEED Pirate's Ship as well as Encampment for the huge amounts of honor both give. They both are also necessary for the deck to work effectively.

-With the huge amounts of beasts (Terr Wolf/Boar, Treasure Kraken, BW Rhino, DS Parrot), I'm honestly shocked Beast Master isn't in the deck.

I have plenty of cards who dont rely on structure to be placed, so dual structures shouldn't be a problem. Not only that, but i have also plenty of cards who can able me to draw extra cards and search for cards in my deck.

It was one of your pirate decks, you made so many so... haha.

I'll keep your suggestions in mind, but in the meantime i'll just experiment first.

Thanks for the feedback. I also am shocked at the fact i missed Beast Master. I thought i had that in there. As such, i have modified the deck. More modification will be coming in the future when i can actually test it out.
